oooh! I would LOVE that! I've been wanting to try growing stuff for teas and that would be perfect!

I can send you a bunch of seeds from our stuff but it will probly be a few weeks yet before everything around here goes to seed..

Sadly, this is not the kind of hibiscus that is used for tea. There are lots of different kinds. When I started growing them, I got all excited about tea possibilities too. It's hardy hibiscus and the flowers are big and white with a bit of pink in the middle. I think the tea kind can not live here over the winter. I'd be happy to send ya seeds if you still want them. They are pretty. And I can send other seeds I've saved from other stuff too!

If you think they would be ok to grow in Wisconsin then I would love some seeds. It's ok that it's not right for tea. I'm thinking next summer I'm going to try to plant some chamomile and mint to use in teas.
